We just had an overnight. The place is a little far from the main beach spots (San Juan) because it's located in Lazi. But the place is well-lit and true enough, a party-hostel. We booked 6 beds. Unfortunately, the top beds are squeaky and ACs a little hot even if we adjusted it already. You can here the people singing in the bar and the music too. But if you're into party, go for it! It's a quick stay but I can say that it's just fine. :)

A really nice place, very sociable and friendly. Definitely finding its feet as a new location but the staff are super welcoming making sure to learn your name before you even get there. If you’re wanting to get to sleep before midnight then definitely bring earplugs!

I had the best time staying at mad monkey siquijor. Nelson was amazing and took the time to know everyone's name and treated everyone like a true friend. Definitely give this man a raise! He was a whole vibe! The facilities are cleaned daily and all of the staff is helpful making recommendations or helping to arrange transport. Rooms were very spacious with hot water, AC, and privacy curtains. Highly recommend if you're on the island. Shout out to Pablo the accountant too he and all of the staff make this place so special! Thanks again for everything!

Mad monkey is probably the most reliable standard there is when it comes to hostels. You know several things: you’ll always make friends, you’ll always have fun and you’ll always have the opportunity for an adventure! Shout out to Takako who made every evening super fun and memorable 🔥! She deserves a mention😎!

Room smelled like ****!!! Location was terrible so far from everything !! The hostel never had food ! It was a terrible experience! Wouldn’t recommend to my enemies .
